President
Erica Pratcher-Morales, MBA serves as President & CEO of the Miami Police Foundation, leading the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and growth in support of the City of Miami Police Department’s 1,400+ sworn officers and civilian staff. A seasoned public safety and law enforcement professional, she brings more than 14 years of experience spanning investigative operations, intelligence analysis, national security, and strategic engagement — including nearly 14 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and, most recently, as Director of Strategic Growth at ForceMetrics, a public safety technology company.The Foundation holds a deeply personal meaning for Erica. Her husband, Chief Manny Morales, recently retired as Chief of the Miami Police Department after a distinguished career serving the city he loves. It was his vision — born from decades on the front lines — that planted the seed for what the Foundation would become. Erica took that vision and poured into it everything she is: a lifelong passion for serving others, an enduring love for the Department, and an unwavering belief that the people who protect this city deserve to be protected in return.Erica holds a BS in Business Administration from Alcorn State University, where she attended on a full athletic volleyball scholarship, an MBA from PennWest California University, and a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Co-Founder of the Pratcher-Davis Foundation, serving low-income students in East St. Louis, Illinois.

Eddie Cruz is a second-generation beverage alcohol retailer and owner of Jensen’s Liquors, one of South Florida’s most respected independent wine and spirits retailers. After purchasing his first store in 1988, Eddie steadily expanded the family business through strategic acquisitions and a customer-first philosophy. Today, he owns and operates seven locations across Miami, including the iconic Sunset Corners, building a reputation for exceptional selection, community engagement, and personalized service. With more than four decades in the industry, Eddie continues to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing one of South Florida’s leading independent beverage retailers.
